1. 2020 College Scholarship Program through ServU Credit Union

-To print off an application to fill out, go to www.servucu.com

-Eligibility:

*The member is a college-bound high school senior at the time of the application

*The member is attending college for the first time in the fall of 2020

*The member will be enrolled in either a two or four year accredited educational institution

*The member agrees to use any scholarship funds awarded by January 31, 2021 at an accredited educational institution only

-Deadline: January 10, 2020

2. The Excelsior Scholarship

-File your FAFSA at www.fafsa.gov

-Continue to the NYS TAP application and complete

-Apply for the Excelsior Scholarship at www.hesc.ny.gov

-Eligibility:

*For New York State students whose families make less than $125,000/ year (AGI on 2018 tax return), pursue an associate or bachelor's degree, and earn 30 credits each year.

3. The Coca-Cola Scholars Program Scholarship

-Apply at https://www.coca-colascholarsfoundation.org/apply/

-Eligibility:

*Current high school (or home-schooled) student attending a school in the U.S. (or select DoD schools) who will graduate during the 2019-2020 academic school year

*U.S. Citizens, U.S. Nationals, U.S. Permanent Residents, Refugees, Asylees, Cuban-Haitian Entrants, or Humanitarian Parolees - based on the guidelines utilized by U.S. Department of Education for Federal Financial Aid eligibility

*Will receive high school diploma during current academic year

*Planning to pursue a degree at an accredited U.S. post-secondary institution

Applicants may not be:

*Children or grandchildren of employees, officers, or owners of Coca-Cola bottling companies, The Coca-Cola Company, Company divisions or subsidiaries.

*International students (with the exception of students at DOD schools)

*High school graduates

*Temporary residents

4. 2020 Prudential Spirit of Community Award

-Apply for this scholarship at spirit.prudential.com or nassp.org/spirit 

-Eligibility:

*You are a student who has volunteered over the past year

-Deadline: November 5, 2019

5. Horatio Alger Scholarship

-Apply at scholars.horatioalger.org

-Eligibility:

*Be enrolled full-time as a high school senior in the US with plans to enter college no later than the Fall semester following graduation

*Exhibit a strong commitment to purse and complete a bachelor's degree at an accredited non-profit public or private institution in the US (students may start their studies at a two-year institution and then transfer to a four-year institution)

*Demonstrate critical financial need ($55,000 or lower adjusted gross family income is required)

*Be involved in co-curricular and community service activities

*Display integrity and perserverance in overcoming adversity

*Hold a minimum grade point average of 2.0

*Be a US citizen

6. 2020-2021 Schoolhouse connection youth scholarship program

-Eligibility:

*Applicants must have been born on or after November 11, 1999

*Applicants must be entering college for the first time for the 2020-2021 school year

*Applicants who have experienced homelessness within the last six years are eligible to apply 

*Undocumented students who meet these criteria are eligible

*Students must reside in the United States

-Deadline: November 10, 2019

7. Bachus and Schanker Scholarship. $2,000- 2 awards

-Eligibility:

*Be a high school senior accepted to a four-year university by the time of the award, or full-time student attending a four-year university in the US who carries a 3.0 cumulative GPA.

8. 10 WORDS OR LESS SCHOLARSHIP. $500- 1 Award
