Board of Education Workshop on Budget Challenges & Future Planning:
The Bradford Central School District Board of Education will host a special workshop on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 5:30pm in the school cafeteria to address the district’s growing budget challenges. Representatives from GST BOCES and the New York State Education Department will join the discussion to explore statutory solutions to issues related to declining enrollment, rising expenditures, and static to declining revenue sources.
Understanding that the burden cannot and should not fall solely on taxpayers, the district is committed to exploring all available options, including tax adjustments, operational efficiencies, and potential district reorganization.
This workshop will provide an opportunity for open discussion and collaborative problem-solving as we work toward a sustainable future for Bradford students. Community members are encouraged to stay informed and engaged as we navigate these critical decisions.

There will be no school for students on Monday, March 24th as this is a conference day for faculty. Thank you.

Brian Francis, Post Commander of the Corning American Legion Post 746 presented a certificate of appreciation to Mrs. Alyssa McCray on Friday for her art classes' participation in making and providing valentines cards for veterans at the Bath, NY VA Hospital.
A big thank you to Deputy Fonseca, BCS SRO, who made arrangements for our students and made this possible.

Roller skating is back at BCS, make sure to save the date!
